Maravilla vs Cotto Official

The announcement that boxing fans had been expecting is finally official the great battle between WBC middleweight champion Sergio “Maravilla” Martinez and Miguel Angel Cotto will take place at the Madison Square Garden in New York on June 7.

Cotto, 33, holds a record of 38-4 with 30 KO’s and defeated Delvin Rodriguez by KO in his last fight. In the other corner Martinez, 38, with a record of 51-2-2 and 28 KO’s will reappear after his victory over Martin Murray in 2013.
