UFC-Fight-Night-Dos-Anjos-vs-Ferguson-in-Mexico-CityMexico City, Mexico– UFC® confirmed its return to Mexico for the fourth time Saturday, November 5th with UFC Fight Night®: DOS ANJOS vs. FERGUSON, at the Arena Ciudad de Mexico. Top contenders Rafael Dos Anjos and Tony Ferguson collide in the ultra-competitive 155-pound division live on FS1 in the five-round main event in Mexico City.

No. 2 lightweight Rafael Dos Anjos (25-8, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) reigned over the division for more than a year after snatching the belt from Anthony Pettis in 2015 , and defending it against the always dangerous Donald Cerrone. Now, Dos Anjos looks to earn another title shot by besting the dynamic Tony Ferguson (22-3, fighting out of Orange County, Calif.). Ferguson, who is of Mexican heritage and ranked no. 3, brings a standout collegiate wrestling pedigree and dangerous striking that’s been showcased in wins over Edson Barboza and Abel Trujillo in his march up the lightweight ladder. With a victory over Dos Anjos , The Ultimate Fighter® season 13 winner hopes to take one step closer to joining additional stars like Forrest Griffin, Rashad Evans, Matt Serra and Michael Bisping as the only fighters to win The Ultimate Fighter as well as a UFC world title.

The return of UFC to Mexico City will mark the fourth event in Aztec territory, and will host the finale of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter Latin America 3, which premiered August 24 on UFC FIGHT PASS® and August 29 on Fox Deportes. Two finalists from the series will battle it out to determine who will be crowned champion of the third season of The Ultimate Fighter Latin America and obtain a contract with the UFC.

Additional bouts:
· In a lightweight collision, No. 11 Beneil Dariush (13-2, fighting out of Yorba Linda, Calif.) returns to the Octagon® to face No. 15 striker Rashid Magomedov (19-1, fighting out of Dagestan, Russia).

· Former Invicta FC star Alexa Grasso (8-0, fighting out of Guadalajara, Mexico) enters the UFC Octagon for the first time against Heather Jo Clark (7-5, fighting out of Las Vegas, NV) in a strawweight showdown.
