Spencer Oliver interviews Mark Prince outside Buckingham Palace

Former European Bantamweight Champion and Sky Sports boxing pundit Spencer Oliver interviewed former IBF and WBO Inter-Continental Champion Mark Prince, ahead of the Baz Rehman sponsored MBC International title clash with Jiri Svacina, on the Shyam Batra SSE Promoted CALL OF DUTY event at York Hall on Saturday 2nd August.

The interview, which was undertaken outside Buckingham Palace in London during the filming of the promo for the Boxing Evolution broadcast of the event, covers both the upcoming Championship bout as well as Mark explaining the reason behind his recent comeback, which was to highlight the Kiyan Prince Foundation – www.kiyan.org – which honours Mark’s late son Kiyan, who was murdered in 2006, as well as educates youngsters on anti-knife crime.

When asked by Spencer how he sees the fight panning out Mark makes it clear that he sees only one winner, “I can only see it going one way, I’m going to dominate this guy, he’s going to try to pop out his jab, hit to the body, overhand rights.

I’ve seen him, I’ve watched him, he’s going to be shocked at my speed, very shocked at my power and the passion I have when I go in the ring to fight and my knowledge of the game and it’s all going to be too much for him.

So I don’t see the fight going past four rounds.”

The Baz Rehman sponsored Mark Prince versus Jiri Svacina, for vacant MBC International Cruiserweight Title, headlines the Shyam Batra SSE Promoted CALL OF DUTY event, at York Hall in Bethnal Green, London on Saturday 2nd August 2014.

The CALL OF DUTY event is available to watch live and exclusive on-line at www.boxingevolution.tv for just £4.99 (approx. $US8.50, €Euro 6.30).

Alternatively, tickets, priced £35 (standard) and £60 (Ringside) are available direct from any of the boxers taking part, on-line at www.tkoboxoffice.com or call the TKO Box Office ticket line on 07960 850645.
