MIAMI – JULY 1, 2013- “Boxeo Telemundo” presents its third fight of the summer season as it returns to the José Cuervo Salon this Friday night at11:35PM/10:35C for what could be a memorable rematch between David “El Duro” Carmona and Danny “El Venado” Flores, a couple of boxers who average one knockout every two fights, with the WBO Super Flyweight Youth World Title on the line. Carmona is currently riding a wave of success as he is undefeated in his last 12 fights (11-0-1) and boasts a career record of 15 victories, three draws and one loss with eight KOs. However, his last win became intertwined with controversy as he defeated Flores for the title in a split decision on May 18 of this year. Back then, the judges posted separate scores of 96-95, 96-95 and 95-95, prompting the WBO to ask for an immediate rematch between these two Mexican boxers.Flores (14-4, 8 KOs) will attempt to show why he once was the CMB Mundo Hispano Flyweight and Lightweight champion and redeem himself by putting an end to Carmona’s streak.

Only one of these two fighters will be crowned champion on “Boxeo Telemundo”, home to the best Latin boxers.
