Bailey-Robinson Title Fight Headlines Fast & Furious 2 Event At The Troxy, June 14th.

Fast And Furious 2 PosterJohnny Eames and the TRAD TKO Events crew, in association with Junction 17 Cars, present their latest offering FAST & FURIOUS 2 – CAPITAL PUNISHMENT, which will take place at the Troxy in Limehouse, London on Saturday 14th June.

Heading up the third event from Johnny and co this year, sees TRAD TKO’s own Ian Bailey back in Championship action, this time challenging for the International Masters Featherweight Bronze title against Liverpool’s two time English title challenger Mike Robinson.

Just last month Bailey, who already holds the Super Featherweight version of the International Masters and is a former Southern Area champion, put in the performance of the night at Johnny’s ALL GUNS BLAZING event, to secure a fifth round stoppage victory over tough Lithuanian Simas Volosinas.

Heading up the support card, not just one, but two, of the sensational Upton brothers – Paul and Anthony.

With four superb victories, over Dee Mitchell, Duane Green, Kevin McCauley and most recently Jason McArdle, Paul Upton, is well and truly on the way to establishing himself as a future star of the Light Middleweight division.

It’s a case of ‘anything you can do, I can do better’ for younger sibling Anthony Upton, who has three top class victories, including a fourth stoppage victory over Alec Bazza, under his belt already.

Adding an international flavor to the proceedings are a pair of all action TRAD TKO boys, exciting, big punching London based Turkish Light Heavy Onder Ozgul and equally tough Albanian Middleweight Festim Lama.

Ozgul, who has been dubbed ‘Little Mike’ by the Turkish fans, due to his fight style being eerily similar to that of a certain Heavyweight legend – ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson, followed up his excellent debut victory over Lithuanian Dmitrij Kalinovskij with a sensational first round stoppage win, over Brighton’s Iain Jackson just a few weeks ago.

Lama will be looking to get his career back on track on the 14th, who after kick starting his career with two exceptional victories, over Didier Blanch (3rd round stoppage) and Dan Blackwell, seemed to lose his way slightly, after Blackwell stopped him in the return match.

Maidenhead’s Ramon Levy-Vassie return’s to the Troxy, the scene of his sensational debut stoppage victory over Bheki Moyo last month.

Another of the TRAD TKO youngsters making his second outing is Chatham Kent’s Ricky Rose, who like Ramon made his debut at the Troxy just last month.

As does Canning Town’s very own Joe Vaughan, who beat Bognor Regis’ Liam Griffiths by a shut out points margin on the ALL GUNS BLAZING show last month.

The final TRAD TKO youngster on the show is Basildon’s Joe Stevens, who will be looking to kick start his pro career, following a rather unlucky loss on his debut back in October.
