After losing a close decision to Adrien Broner, losing his WBA welterweight strap. Paulie Malignaggi was in no way loss of words. Expressing that fact that he should not have lost a close decision in his hometown of Brooklyn NY which was held at the Barclay Center. Malignaggi also felt the the “Political Connected” fighter in his words usually wins fight like this. Claiming that Broner won because of his connection to Al Haymon. Paulie also felt that Broner was not as hard as a puncher as fighter that he had lost to in the past “I’ve been hit by girls who hit harder than him”.
