From the mecca of boxing, Las Vegas, NV at the T-Mobile Arena on April 22nd 2023, Gervonta “Tank” Davis (28-0-26) will battle Ryan ”King” Garcia (23-0-19). These two young knockout artists will risk it all to gain it all!

There is no question that Gervonta “Tank” Davis is a boxing superstar! Every time he fights, he packs out arenas from the west coast to the east coast. It’s no coincidence that his fan friendly style draws tons of fans including actors, artist, and other athletes.
Davis put his name on the map when he fought and defeated the world champion Jose Pedraza, to capture his 1st world title in 2017. Many ringsiders thought Davis would lose to Pedraza, but Davis proved them wrong from the 1st bell. He was dominating the fight until the knockout in the 7th round. Davis’s star power has only grown since then. Racking up 11 straight victories with 10 of them being by knockout has enhanced his career as his last 6 fights have all been Pay-Per-View, but we also can’t forget the vicious “knockout of the year” in 2020 against Leo Santa Cruz! Gervonta Davis is already a boxing superstar, but a victory in this fight would cement his legacy as the new face of boxing!

Garcia seems to have it all from grit to talent, but there are many people that seem to doubt him because they see him as a social media influencer with a pretty face, but he is far from that. People cannot deny that he has earned his position in the boxing world as a 17-time national champion. He has proven he has a warrior’s heart when he went down early in his fight against Luke Campbell, but ultimately came back to win via knockout. Garcia has made some changes in his corner from firing Eddie Reynoso and getting away entirely from the Canelo team. Many thought he was taking a step backwards with that move, but that hasn’t been the case. He has been looking better than ever under the guidance of Joe Goossen a hall of fame trainer in his own right. The new partnership has Garcia looking more dangerous than ever. It was on display when he fought former world champion Javier Fortuna when he knocked him out in the 6th round. There’s no question that Garcia have all the potential to be the next boxing superstar and winning this fight would catapult his career!

One thing is for sure, this fight has the world buzzing. Two young fighters in their primes titled “knockout artists” due to their power punching is a recipe for a boxing classic. Who will be the new face of boxing?
