On Wednesday Sept. 4th the WBA and IBO middleweight world champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin (27-0, 24 KOs) of Kazakhstan met with Brooklyn own middleweight contender Curtis “Kryptonite” Stevens (25-3, 18 KOs) at The Refinery Hotel Rooftop (New York City). This is first of their two-city press tour to announce their championship fight billed as “Monsters Collide” which takes place on Saturday, November 2 at the legendary mecca of boxing Madison Square Garden’s Theater in New York City live on HBO.
