Two kids in the route to make their dreams come true

Fernando Diaz used to go to Nevada Partners gym to train his brothers and his two sons always followed him where he go, then  Fernando Junior and Rey practically grew up in the ring and now they train very hard and they are the pride of their parents Fernando and Victoria.

Both are excited to attend the World Youth Amateur tournament in Kansas onDecember 5 because to be victorious in these meetings are assured of their move to the Olympic Games representing USA.  But things became economically difficult for their parents who wish to continue helping with their children but there is no budget that covers that trip to Kansas.

The routine of these dedicated boys has been simple; getting up in the morning before going to school, returning home, then doing the homework they are instructed in school, get a quick bite and again to the gym to keep training. For other kids this routine could be a sacrifice for them it is a blessing because being inside 16 ropes they away from trouble in the streets. They are not estrangers at all in tournaments so is hard to find opponents even for sparring sessions.

Here I share their amateur records:

King Daniel Diaz is 17 and a portfolio of 103-15, has won 5 championships including the United States representative in St Peteburg Russia where he won the Silver in Youth Olympic Games.

Fernando is 14 years old and his record is 63-4 and his achievements include the Gold Gloves in Youth Tournament and as his brother won Silver Gloves.

Hopefully we can all play a part in helping them make their dream come true because their parents do not have the heart to tell them that they do not have enough money to send them to travel to Kansas and other needs. Thank you very much for supporting the world of boxing.
