The Fight Game with Jim Lampley: New edition debuts Wednesday at 11:00 P.M. on HBO

THE FIGHT GAME WITH JIM LAMPLEY continues its seventh season with a new edition WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 5 (11:00-11:30 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO. Hosted by the four-time Sports Emmy® winner, who has hosted HBO Boxing since joining the network in 1988, the show is a provocative, engaging and informative experience that delves into intriguing storylines, newsmakers and issues that are top-of-mind in boxing.

The show is also available on HBO NOW, HBO GO, HBO On Demand and partners’ streaming platforms.

Segments on this edition of THE FIGHT GAME include: Lampley’s talk with undefeated super welterweight phenom Jaime Munguia; a review of the Aug. 4 Kovalev-Alvarez light heavyweight fight; correspondent Kelefa Sanneh’s look at the new gambling laws and the possible resurgence of Atlantic City as a destination for major fight cards; analyst Bernard Hopkins’ “Tricks of the Trade,” focusing on the upcoming Canelo Alvarez-Gennady “GGG” Golovkin mega-bout; and Lampley’s survey of the latest news.
