Luis Collazo is ready to defend his WBA International title agaisnt Victor Ortiz
WBA press. Januray 29. World Boxing Association International welterweight champion, Luis Collazo, is ready to defend his belt before Víctor Ortíz on January 30, at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Nueva York.
Collazo and Ortiz passed the weigh-in held on Wednesday, when they both marked 146,6 pounds to be ready and wait for the opening bell.
WBA Supervisor is George Martinez, while the referee will be Benji Steves and the officials in charge of the score are Don Akerman, Max De Luca, Tom Schreck all of them appointed by New York State Athtletic Commission.
Ortiz vs. Collazo is a 12-round fight for the WBA International Welterweight title on Thursday, Jan. 30 presented by Golden Boy Promotions and sponsored by Corona and Casamigos Tequila. Barclays Center doors open at 6:00 p.m. ET with the first bell sounding at 6:30 p.m. ET. The FOX Sports 1 and FOX Deportes broadcast airs live at 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT.
