GLORY RENEWS TWO EUROPEAN TELEVISION DEALS
New York, NY – GLORY Sports International, parent company of the world’s premier kickboxing league, today announced two television broadcast renewals to maintain the presence of GLORY programming in over 170 global territories through 2015 and beyond. The partnerships with Kombat Sport and Fight Channel will deliver live GLORY events, GLORY SuperFight Series and GLORY Rewind content to approximately eight million subscribers in Europe.
Kombat Sport, a French television channel dedicated to all fight sports, will broadcast the GLORY SuperFight Series events in 2015 to approximately seven million subscribers in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Israel, Portugal and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Fight Channel, which specializes in broadcasting martial arts programming, will provide live GLORY kickboxing events, full GLORY SuperFight Series cards, and previously aired GLORY Rewind shows to more than one million subscribers in Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia and Slovenia through 2017.
Both broadcast renewals begin with GLORY’s next event, taking place in Hampton, Virginia on February 6. GLORY 19, which will air on Fight Channel, is headlined by Rico Verhoeven, defending the GLORY Heavyweight World Title against bitter rival and hard hitting veteran Errol “The Bonecrusher” Zimmerman in the rubber match of a trilogy that dates back to January of 2012.
During the GLORY SuperFight Series portion of February’s card, to air on Kombat Sport, some of GLORY’s top talent will be on display. #1 ranked lightweight Andy “The Machine” Ristie makes his return to the GLORY ring and rising Canadian prospect Josh Jauncey will attempt to thrill fans once again, going after his third win for the promotion in as many fights.

GLORY recently announced its first international event for 2015 and first visit to the Middle East with GLORY 20: DUBAI, headlined by Canadian dynamo Gabriel Varga andMosab “Jaguar” Amrani of Morocco squaring off for the vacant GLORY Featherweight World Championship.
Also, heavy-handed American heavyweight Pat “HD” Barry returns to GLORY against Tunisian veteran Mourad “The Silent Power” Bouzidi in the co-headline bout and GLORY’s one-night, four-man Middleweight Contender Tournament kicks off the action on April 3.
