Floyd Mayweather Sr.: “I’m going to punish Ruben Guerrero”

We spoke to trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. at the set of the new reality show Knockout, which will in March NUVO TV. Senior spoke to us about his experience in the show and his continued rivalry with rival coach Ruben Guerrero.

The two trainers are part of the Knockout reality series and there have been several confrontations between the two of them on the set. The rivalry first began in May 2013, when their two sons faced each other at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Mayweather sr. is promising to punish Ruben Guerrero when the two face in a tentatively scheduled bout for May 17th.

“Knockout” is a new reality television show on NUVO TV featuring Floyd Mayweather Sr., Ruben Guerrero & Yoel Judah. The show is built around the 140, 147 and 154 pound weight divisions. The winner’s of the tournaments in each weight division will then face a top 20 contender to see if they can realize their ring dream. The premier episode of the show will air in March 2014 on NUVO TV.
