Jermell Charlo (29-0, 14 KOs) defended his WBC Junior Welterweight title with a stunning six round knock out of Charles Hatley (26-2-1, 18 KOs) at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Charlo knocked down Hatley in the second round and it was retreat mode for most of the fight until the 6th. The official time of the stoppage was 0:32 in the 6th.

Amanda Serrano becomes the first Puerto Rican and female to win world titles in 5 different weight classes by stopping Dahiana Santana by TKO when referee Benji Esteves had seen enough with 1:14 seconds left in the 8th round. Amanda wins the vacant WBO woman’s bantamweight championship.
