Miguel Cotto says the fight against ”Maravilla” Martínez its close

Puerto Rican Miguel Cotto hopes he can sign the contract with Argentine Sergio Martinez so they can fight on June 7 in the Madison Square Garden in New York. Cotto was in Mexico City to be present in the election of the new president of the WBC.

Miguel said that the negotiations are going the right way and in next days could take place the signing of the contract. The fight will be for the WBC middleweight title that currently belongs to Martinez.
