BoxeoTelemundo_PMIAMI – September 26, 2013- “Boxeo Telemundo” continues with the second fight of its third season at 11:35PM/10:35C from Mexico City with a great bout between defending champion  David “Severo” Carmona and Antonio “El Tostado” Tostado García for the WBO Youth Super Flyweight Title.   Rene Giraldo and Jessi Losada will be on the call with Kaziro Aoyama ringside interacting with viewers on social networks and interviewing the champion after the fight. Carmona (18-1-4, 11 KO) will attempt to retain his belt with a former champion such as Mexico’s own Jose Luis Bueno as the new trainer on his corner. Carmona was named 2012’s “Surprise of the Year” by Mexico City’s Boxing Commission, is undefeated in his last 13 bouts and will fight on “Boxeo Telemundo” for the third time in his career. The young boxer will have the advantage of performing in front of his hometown crowd as he faces his countryman from Guadalajara. Carmona’s only defeat in his career came at the hands of Fernando Curiel, but he avenged that loss on April 13 of this year with a knockout in the third round to obtain the win.

Antonio “El Tostado” Tostado García (11-0, 5 KOs) will put his unblemished career record on the line in front of a national audience having prevailed in his four previous fights this year, two of them with a KO.   Tostado García can be devastating in the opening rounds, since three of his five career knockouts have come in the first three rounds.
